# Contracting

Ricardian Contracts can contain information about the terms of a DAO but also the Terms of a Job.

You can use the Contracts as a generic container of information, describing the conditions of Decentralized contractor work even connect it to escrow contracts that also handle payments.

Using immutable hand written contracts for contracting has the benefits that it gives protection to both parties in a legal sense, and also allows bridgeing the world of contracting closer to the world of crypto currencies.
